Recruiting is a long process and very time consuming. Selection of candidates for interview to making final decision of who is to be hired, will not guarantee the person is right for the position and you would normally realized when the person already on board. This normally led to either termination of employment or the person resign. You now have to go through the recruitment process again.
To avoid the hassle of recruiting, many firms use employment agencies to assist them to head hunt good candidates and you would have to pay a set of fee to the agent for this service. – Not cheap!

What to write in a vacancy advert?
An advert for an audit manager should state clearly the responsibilities the successful candidate is going to undertake and the candidate requirement for the position. This is to filter out “unwanted” applicants and save your time.

- Be the first point of contact for the clients under a portfolio.
